Having spent a bit of time sifting through some old video trailers, it's been very interesting for me to look through the different stages of the research process for Matters of Life and Death and to see how much the piece has developed since I first started working on it in January 2010.

Now that the piece is coming together, it seems harder to find time to write thoughts for the blog, because I am caught up in the doing of everything I'm reflecting about. So it was very helpful for Kate Flatt, the choreographic mentor with whom I'm fortunate to be working for this project, to come and talk to us last Friday.
