Our 2022/23 tour of The Story Detectives has now come to an end, but you can now watch our audience experience trailer by Dan Martin here to find out more about the performances, and get in touch if you would like to be part of our touring in 2025!

Choreographed by award-winning choreographer Katie Green, with original writing by poet Anna Selby and a dynamic soundscore including original music by Max Perryment, The Story Detectives is an interactive danced adventure to find the Most Important Story. Suitable for children of all ages (especially aged 3-8) and their grown-ups.
We are proudly Fantastic for Families and have signed up to the Family Arts Standards. The Fantastic for Families badge below indicates that The Story Detectives is an event with particular appeal to families, and can be enjoyed by people of all generations attending together.

The Story Detectives is a Delight Charity commission created by Made By Katie Green. It is funded from 2022-23 by the National Lottery through Arts Council England, Surrey Libraries, The Library Presents, Hillingdon Libraries, Plymouth Libraries and Dorset Council Libraries and has also been supported by the Touring Arts in Libraries (TAIL) project as part of the National Rural Touring Forum.
